Fully respecting the ancient Piedmontese tradition of this recipe, Toscano Gianduja is a creamy blend, obtained by combining fine cocoa beans, whole milk from Brittany (North-West France) and only with “Piedmont Hazelnut”, gently air-roasted in Casa Amedei.
